Life has become more complex in the work place.

There is a body of Law that now relates to conditions of employment. This has been generated by statute and by decisions from the Courts and other forums.

Regardless of whether we are advising an employer or an employee, careful consideration has to be taken of all of the facts. Not all facts repeat themselves. As people differ so do people’s circumstances differ and the Law has to be applied in giving the advice and sometimes if the Law is unclear then a careful opinion would have to be expressed.

This is one area of the Law. In some cases there has to be an immediate response. Small issues can magnify themselves very quickly with extreme consequences.
